Olav Kooij is one of the most important riders in the peloton and a key player in the Dutch team. His contract expires next year. Visma | Lease a Bike would prefer to keep the Dutch sprinter, but several other teams are interested in signing him. According to
Daniel Benson, Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale and Red Bull-BORA-Hansgrohe are among the teams hoping to sign the Dutch rider.
But the Dutch team is not standing still. The English cycling journalist reports that
Matteo Jorgenson is close to extending his contract. The American, who won Paris-Nice in the last two years, will likely extend his contract for another three years, keeping him with Visma | Lease a Bike until the end of 2029.

Michael Matthews appears to be extending his contract with Jayco AlUla. There is no official confirmation at this time, and the details of his new contract are not yet known, but it appears that the experienced rider will end his career with Gerry Ryan's team.
