- EF have raced aggressively, fair play. Baudin 4th, Healy always in moves—pero falta la victoria. Vamos chicos, una etapa pronto!

- Valgren’s quotes are spicy, but a bit much? “Put him in a coffin” is harsh. Still, the psychology matters—last time at Le Lioran clearly stuck with Pogi. Expect fireworks on Bastille Day.

- Wait, if there are no “long” climbs, how come there’s 4,000m of elevation? Is that like lots of smaller hills adding up? Also, what does “breakaway” exactly mean here—are they allowed to go off the front without the peloton chasing?

- Pogi’s got that killer instinct right now. If UAE decide to pace hard on those medium climbs into Le Lioran, I can see him snapping the elastic again. Vingegaard looks steady but not sharp enough yet.

- This article glosses over UAE’s depth a bit. If Pog has Almeida and Yates pacing, Seixas will need perfect positioning every mountain stage. No mistakes so far, but week three bites. Still, chapeau to the kid—formidable composure.

- Ayuso and Skjelmose sharing leadership looks calmer than last year. If Ayuso paces the TT like in the Dauphiné and Skjelmose hangs on in the high mountains, Lidl–Trek could nick 2nd. Del Toro as a tempo anchor might be the domino that tips it. ¡Vamos!

- Can someone explain why the time trial is such a big decider here? Is it because Pog/Vingo are so strong in TTs, or because the gaps behind them are tiny?

- Not sure I buy the “two leaders is a luxury” line from Red Bull-BORA. We’ve seen that movie before—too many cooks can cost you seconds when it kicks off on a summit finish.

- Loved this breakdown. Seixas riding like a seasoned GC guy at 19 is wild. If he holds steady through the third week and survives the TT, podium is legit on the cards.

- Great pod reference. Live Slow, Ride Fast always nails it. Dekker’s line about “testing how far they can go in a relationship” is cheeky but spot-on—peloton politics
