- Iniesta diciendo que el ciclismo es “más duro” que el fútbol… totalmente de acuerdo. Gran fichaje mediático para NSN.

- Slight nitpick: the piece jumps back and forth between football and cycling a bit too much. Would’ve liked more detail on NSN’s lead-out train and who’s piloting Girmay in the final 500m.

- Quick question: when he says “better tires,” which brand are NSN running now? And how much difference can tires really make in sprint finishes—watts, rolling resistance, cornering?

- Brilliant read. Iniesta turning up for a TdF presser is wild, but it actually makes sense with NSN’s Catalan links. Also love Girmay doubling down on the green jersey—his heat tolerance could be the X-factor again.

- Ganna leading the long pulls, Tarling closing gaps, Foss metronome in the middle. If they nail the changeovers and don’t overcook the climb, it’s theirs. Simple as.

- So does the TTT time stop on the 4th rider like in some races? Or is it different at the Tour this year? Bit confused on how they pick who actually gets the jersey.

- “Went straight to Germany to get it fixed” and back on the turbo in days… modern surgery is wild. Still, collarbone plates can bite on cobbles; hope the course is smooth-ish.

- Brilliant to see Bernal in a squad built for speed. If Arensman can hang on the kicker at the end, he could be the one in jaune. Remember his Romandie splits were class.

- Not sure INEOS are “clear” favourites. UAE and Visma might not have the same pure TT engines, but their pacing over rolling terrain has been sharper this season. Also, Vauquelin isn’t INEOS… think you’ve mixed teams?
