Castelli will return as the kit partner for the 2027 Tour de France. The iconic scorpion logo, which previously adorned the yellow jersey between 1989 and 1994, will return for the 2027 Tour de France. Castelli will provide kit for all of race owner ASO’s 27 professional races and amateur challenges. This will include the Tour de France, Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, and both the men’s and women’s Vuelta a España. Scorpion last seen on the yellow jerseys of Tour legends
In Castelli's previous tenure as kit provider for the Tour de France, the scorpion logo was seen on the jerseys of all time greats.
During the years between 1989 and 1994, American Greg LeMond won the yellow jersey twice, and Spaniard Miguel Indurain four times.
It is yet to be seen who will sport the scorpion around next year's tour, but the agreement extends to all sub-classifications. That means that as well as the yellow jersey, the green, polka-dot, and white jerseys will also be provided by Castelli.
