"I'm incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in the Joyride Festival in Ibiza, meet amazing new people while cycling around this beautiful island, set the dance floor on fire together, and enjoy delicious food," said Kittel.

Van Aert makes a KOM attempt in Ibiza

After the World Championships in Canada, Van Aert went on vacation to the U.S. West Coast, then headed to Ibiza to get back into shape. On the first day there, he rode 30 kilometers, followed by 97 and 64 kilometers on the Spanish island on the subsequent days.
On the last day, he also made an attempt at a KOM, which—if we are to believe his Strava title—was disrupted by a squirrel.
