- Allez Cian! Desde Bélgica a Paris, top diez es posible si el equipo le protege bien en las etapas de viento y el TT no le mata.

- Quick one: Was Milano–Torino the hilly edition this year? Fifth there suggests his punch is coming back, no? I thought that race changes profile some seasons.

- Love seeing Movistar give him space. The equipment/nutrition adaptation is real—remember how long it took Mas to click? If Cian finds that late-stage explosiveness, he could be best young-ish GC of the Tour outside the obvious two.

- I like the confidence but top 10 talk feels premature. He’s only finished one GT and there’s a glut of GC guys this year. Would rather see the article dig into his TT splits and descending, not just “he’s smiling.”

- New to cycling here—what does “building race rhythm” actually mean? Is that just doing more races, or different kinds of training intervals? And how big is the jump from Vuelta top 10 to Tour top 10?

- Fair play to him after that elbow break in Valenciana. You can see the progression: Catalunya 8th, Itzulia 12th, then 7th in France. The trajectory’s up. Key will be how he handles third week fatigue; Tour’s a different beast.

- Huge fan of this move. Cian’s seventh at Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes against a stacked field is no joke. If he dials in the intensity like he says, a Tour top 10 isn’t far-fetched at all. Vamos Movistar!

- Si mantiene la forma y mejora la resistencia, puede pelear por el podio en la tercera semana. Força Juan y Lidl-Trek!

- I’m still a bit confused: he moved from UAE to Lidl-Trek just last winter? Isn’t that a big jump in systems and support? How quick can a rider really adapt to a whole new TT setup and climbing train?

- Training on the Montmeló circuit for the team time trial is a clever touch—controlled lines, repeatable efforts. Curious which setup they’re running: Princeton front + disc or something new from Trek?
