- Kopecky in Switzerland for the Grand Départ is going to be box office. If there’s crosswinds or a lumpy finish, she’s the best finisher in the peloton, hands down.

- Curious: what does “general classification core with climbers” mean? Does that mean Kopecky won’t get as much team support on mountain days?

- Una preparación perfecta. Baloise Ladies Tour + Tour de Pologne le dará ritmo competitivo sin quemarse antes del TDFF. Vamos Lotte!

- Bit of a reach from the author saying it’s “somewhat surprising.” She’s the world champ, of course she starts the Tour if the parcours has punchy stages. Not everything is about GC.

- Love the wildcard mindset. If Vollering isn’t there, Kopecky can be the protected rider on rolling stages. If she nails the Belgian TT, that’s a big confidence booster before Baloise.

- Slightly confused: last year she said the Tour GC “probably isn’t for me,” but now she’s starting again—so is the plan purely stage wins and points, not overall? How hilly is this year’s route compared to 2025?

- Great to see Kopecky back on the TDFF start list. Her spring form was class, and with a GC-focused SD Worx-Protime lineup she can hunt stages and the green jersey. Smart schedule too: TT Nats, road Nats, Baloise, then Poland to sharpen up.

- C’est énorme, Remco! Les cols choisis montrent une approche intelligente. Hâte de voir la troisième semaine du Tour.

- Not convinced. No race days since Liège feels risky. You can’t simulate the chaos of a GC stage at altitude camp. Pog has sharpness from two stage races, and Remco’s betting everything on training numbers.

- Quick question: is 6h25 at5 kph normal on that terrain? That sounds insanely fast to me. How does that compare to what Pogačar was doing before Suisse?
