Highly unlikely that Pogi will race the Vuelta this year, given his announced schedule. And he may feel the need to feed the troops, and enhance team unity, by allowing one of his chief supporters to gain the glory of a Grand Tour win. But, I coud be wrong.

- Question: how did UAE manage the tempo if they had two riders up the road? Was Pog just happy to let the GC guys sit in because Ballon d’Alsace wasn’t selective enough after the break went?

- ¿Monaco salida y Pogačar en casa? Vamossss. Grande espectáculo seguro!

- This would be epic. Pog vs Remco on Spanish walls again? Take my money.

- Small nitpick: calling him “world champion” is off—he’s not the road race rainbow jersey holder. Otherwise, solid piece. Also, Vingegaard didn’t ride the 2025 Vuelta with that Giro-Tour-Vuelta sequence as stated, did he? Feels a bit sus on the timeline.

- Love the context about the all-time greats, but you glossed over the Vuelta’s brutal third week—Angliru or an Andorra stack could flip everything. UAE’s depth will matter more than ever if he goes.

- Quick question: is it actually possible to win Giro-Tour-Vuelta all in one season anymore? Thought the recovery windows were too tight and the teams usually don’t risk it after the Tour?

- If Pogi lines up in Monaco, the crowds will be insane. Starting in his backyard is a huge psychological boost. He looked so fresh after Stage 13 interviews too—sign me up for the triple attempt.

- Oof, nasty. But the line choice was poor from the race—tight corner then a full-gas drag? C’mon ASO, safer finish please. Vamos a París sin más caídas, por favor.

- Feels like the jury punished the outcome, not the action. Happens too often in chaotic finishes. Still, riders know the “hold your line” mantra—margins are razor thin.
