Israel-Premier Tech already had to deal with pro-Palestinian protesters in the team time trial on day 5, and on day 10 it happened again. During a mass protest, it was a small miracle that only one rider from Intermarché-Wanty (Simone Petilli) crashed. The rest of the peloton managed to avoid the people standing on the road with some clever maneuvering.
