Ilan Van Wilder

Ilan Van Wilder, a Belgian cyclist born on May 14, 2000, competes for UCI WorldTeam Soudal–Quick-Step. He entered the professional cycling spotlight by participating in the 2020 Vuelta a España. Since then, Van Wilder has shown significant progress in his career.

In 2022, he secured a 5th place overall at the Vuelta a Burgos and a 6th place overall at the Tour de la Provence. He made significant progress in 2023, with key victories including the overall win at the Deutschland Tour—where he also won the young rider classification and Stage 1—alongside a first-place finish at the Tre Valli Varesine. He also achieved podium finishes at the Volta ao Algarve and the Trofeo Serra de Tramuntana, and placed well in the Tour de Luxembourg, the Tour de Pologne, and the National Road Championships time trial.
