- Che bello! Piganzoli merita questa chance. Forza Davide, porta energia al Tour!

- I get the hype, but replacing Wout is not “like-for-like.” Who’s doing the classics-style control and the chaotic stage lead-outs? Feels a bit optimistic from Visma’s media team, tbh.

- Quick question: if he’s doing two Grand Tours back-to-back, how does recovery normally work? Is there a risk he fades in week 3 of the Tour, or is his role mostly to pace on select climbs?

- Love this. Visma betting on form and attitude. Piga’s U23 pedigree at l’Avenir wasn’t a fluke, and he adapts quickly. Curious how they’ll balance him between early flat protection and late-stage climbing duties though?

- Fantastic call-up. Piganzoli’s engine was obvious at the Giro riding for Vingo, and that Occitanie win on Marie-Blanque shows he can climb with the big boys. Perfect replacement profile-wise for WvA in the mountains.

- Grande Jonas! “Tre volta” Tour? Forza Affini e Jorgenson, squadra molto forte.

- Not convinced. Swapping out Wout van Aert for a debutant feels risky if there’s crosswinds. Visma might be light on pure rouleurs if things get messy before the mountains.

- Wait, is the first stage really a TTT? How long is it and does that usually give big time gaps early? Bit confused how much it matters for GC.

- Piganzoli debuting at the Tour is a bold shout. He climbed brilliantly at the Giro. Missing WvA hurts on flat chaos days, but this looks balanced enough.

- Love this selection. Jorgenson and Kuss for the mountains, Campenaerts and Affini to boss the TTT in Barcelona. If Jonas has Giro legs, Pogacar’s in for a real fight.
