The Bredene Koksijde Classic, previously known as Handzame Classic until 2018, is a one-day cycling race held in West Flanders, Belgium. It started as an independent event in 2011, previously being part of the Three Days of West Flanders. The race is held in March, on the Friday before Milan-San Remo, and since 2020, it has been included in the UCI ProSeries.
