Stage 9: Malemort - Ussel (154.6 km)

Stage 8: Périgueux – Bergerac (180.4 km)

In Stage 8, everyone behaved in an exemplary manner, but in Stage 9, the jury had their hands full again. Christoph Roodhooft was fined 500 Swiss francs for failing to comply with the race commissioners’ guidelines. Enrico Gasparotto, team manager of Bahrain Victorious, received a warning for the same reason.
Biniam Girmay (NSN) and Olav Kooij (Decathlon CMA CGM) also received warnings for “intimidation in the final sprint,” the jury reported. Girmay collided with Soren Waerenskjold of Uno-X in the final turn, while Kooij made slight contact with Max Kanter of XDS Astana.

Stage 7: Hagetmau–Bordeaux, 175.1 km

The jury report for Stage 7 included the following offence:
“A rider or team member who disposes of waste or another object outside the designated waste zones, fails to hand it back to an organizer or team member, fails to collect waste entrusted to them, or throws it towards a spectator. Unidentified riders.”

In other words, the race organizers could not establish exactly which riders were responsible. They did, however, know which team the riders represented.
The penalties were therefore issued to Alpecin-Premier Tech team director Frederik Willems. He received two separate fines of 500 Swiss francs, bringing the team’s total bill for the two incidents to CHF 1,000.
Stage 6 Tour de France: Pau - Gavarnie-Gèdre (186.2 km)
Nothing too outrageous happened on the sixth stage of the Tour de France — or did it? Huub Artz dropped back from the breakaway during the stage after receiving three warnings for his position on the bike. However, the Lotto-Intermarché rider was not punished further with a yellow card, time penalty or similar sanction.
Artz had been part of the early move and caused a stir when he was called over by the race officials’ car. The issue appeared to be his riding position, with the jury judging that he had been leaning on his forearms in a way that was not permitted. After the warnings, the Dutchman eventually sat up and returned to the peloton, but the incident did not lead to an additional penalty in the jury report.

The only actual fine listed for the stage went to a Soudal Quick-Step staff member, who had to pay 200 Swiss francs for incorrectly handing out food or drink during the race.
Stage 5 Tour de France: Lannemezan - Pau (158 km)
Only fines for Lotto Intermarché and Alpecin-Premier Tech on stage 5. Pieter Vanspeybroeck received a 500 CHF fine and a yellow card for violating the rules regarding vehicle movements during the race or failing to follow the instructions of the race stewards. Christoph Roodhooft (ADC Driver) also received a 500 CHF fine and had to pay an additional 200 CHF for failing to respect the instructions of the organizer or race stewards.
Stage 4 Tour de France: Carcassonne Foix (181.9 km)
'Only' one penalty was handed out on stage 4. That was for Vlad Van Mechelen. The Belgian from Bahrain Victorious received a fine of 500 Swiss francs for disposing of waste outside the designated zones. Also mentioned in the jury report: Kelland O'Brien (Jayco AlUla) finished outside the time limit and was consequently withdrawn from the race.
Stage 3 of the Tour de France: Granolles - Les Angers (195.5 km)
The UCI’s fine fund was well-stocked on day three. Daan Hoole (Decathlon CMA CGM) and Clement Braz Afono (Groupama-FDJ), along with their team directors Luke Rowe and Yvon Caer, were each fined 700 Swiss francs for a sticky water bottle. In addition, Cofidis, Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe, and Tudor were penalized for failing to follow the rules during the feed zone.
Andrej Hauptman, Tadej Pogacar’s regular team director at UAE Emirates-XRG, was fined 500 Swiss francs and given a yellow card for failing to follow the rules while driving. The same applies to two motorcycle riders in the race convoy.
Stage 2 of the Tour de France: Tarragona - Barcelona (168.5 km)
After a quiet first day, the jury did intervene after stage 2 of the Tour de France. Pablo Castrillo of Movistar was picked up for a sticky water bottle. The Spaniard received a 200 Swiss franc fine, while his team manager Jose Joaquin Rojas had to pay 500 francs.
UAE Emirates-XRG won the stage with Isaac del Toro, but also had to pay up. Mechanic Bostian Kavcnik assisted a rider in a way that was not permitted. He received a 500 franc fine and a yellow card.
Stage 1 of the Tour de France: Barcelona – Barcelona (19.6 km – team time trial)
The jury had nothing to say.
