🎥 Lost a bet! Pedersen shaves teammate’s head bald while Longo Borghini watches blearily

Hahaha, this is the footage you want to see after stage 1 of the Giro d’Italia! Spirits are high at Lidl-Trek after Mads Pedersen’s stage win, and it’s clear that his teammate Jacopo Mosca didn’t exactly expect the Dane to take the victory and the pink jersey. The Italian veteran made a bet, and lost his hair because of it.
What was the bet exactly? “If you win the stage and take pink, you can shave me bald,” Mosca explained. And so it happened. Pedersen grabbed the clippers with a big grin and gave Mosca a brand-new look. And Mosca? He’s got some explaining to do at home, he’s the husband of Elisa Longo Borghini, Lidl-Trek’s former team leader.
A bet’s a bet. Mads did great… but now a little less so,” Mosca joked after the impromptu haircut. Pedersen gave props to his teammate for going through with it: “Chapeau! And sorry, Elisa!” 😄

- Maybe I was a bit disrespectful to Heiden. What he did was unique and exceptional but he wasn't the only one who combined those distances, nowadays it is just not possible and nobody competes in both distances. The same is true for cycling with for example the combination of Roubaix and de Tour de France. - Carsapaz and Del torro were not capable of chasing Yates. They paused and looked at each other because they didn't have it in them. Yates had kept his powder dry waiting for this stage and demolished both of them. They lost Yates won. Your second guessing is utter nonsense., if either felt they could close Yates down they would have , just like they did countless times for other riders.
