It has been quite a spring for Tadej Pogacar. From the UAE Tour to Liège-Bastogne-Liège, it has been non-stop racing for the Slovenian rider from UAE Team Emirates - XRG. Now, there is some time to rest before the Tour de France, but the world champion will not be resting. Not only because he has to train but also because he is a busy man. He shows that once again on his Instagram page. Pogacar's victory streak knew almost no limits this spring. First in the Strade Bianche, first in the Tour of Flanders, first in the Flèche Wallonne, and first in Liège-Bastogne-Liège: outstanding performances by the world champion. Add second place in the Amstel Gold Race, Paris-Roubaix, and third place in Milan-Sanremo, and you have a list of results we will probably never see again. After such performances, the Slovenian superstar deserves a quiet period.
He is taking advantage of it with both hands. Pogacar is sticking to a quiet week of training in his home region of Nice, where he occasionally goes for a ride. With masseur Ziga Jerman and press officer Luke Maguire, Saturday was no exception. His company shows that it's not about making kilometers: it's a good way to keep the muscles flexible. And then Pogacar will soon get bored, and out come the antics.

Pogacar in del Grosso style
In a video on Instagram, he shows off his amazing wheelie skills. The world champion conjures up enormous distances, sometimes with just one hand. “Good vibes only,” says Pogacar. It's reminiscent of
Tibor del Grosso, who recently cycled
the entire Eyserbosweg on one wheel in the touring version of the Amstel Gold Race. Pogacar can't match the young Dutchman's steering skills, but his abilities on the bike are certainly impressive.
