The Tour of Valencia continues on Thursday with an individual time trial of around 17 kilometres, and most eyes will be on Remco Evenepoel for the stage win. The Belgian, however, won’t be the final rider down the start ramp: because of a bonus second, he will start second-to-last. There are plenty of other interesting names on the start sheet too — including João Almeida, Bauke Mollema and Aleksandr Vlasov. IDLProCycling.com shows you what to expect.
