The star team will mainly focus on stage wins in the Italian stage race, although the young Belgian is being put forward as the leader for the general classification. Ben Tulett will play a supporting role in the Vuelta a España, while newcomer Matteo Jorgenson will support team leader Jonas Vingegaard in the Tour de France. Jorgenson will start as the team leader in Paris-Nice.

Furthermore, it has been revealed that Wout van Aert will participate in the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta a España. The 29-year-old Belgian will skip the Tour de France. Jonas Vingegaard, on the other hand, will not skip the Tour. The two-time winner will aim for a third consecutive victory in 2024. He will have the support of loyal lieutenant Sepp Kuss, who won the Vuelta last year. Both the American and the Dane will also head to the Vuelta in 2024. Olav Kooij, on the other hand, will be making his grand tour debut in the Giro. Like Van Aert, he will pursue stage wins.
