Team DSM is the first team to finalize its selection for the upcoming Tour of Switzerland, which starts on Sunday. Romain Bardet will be the team leader.
Coach Pim Ligthart explains the team's objectives, saying, "We are heading to the Tour of Switzerland with a strong team. Some of the guys have acclimated at altitude and are motivated to achieve good results."
"With Romain, we have someone who can contend for the general classification," Ligthart states. "However, we will take it day by day and assess our chances for each stage. This stage race has everything, with two time trials, sprint stages, opportunities for breakaways, and crucial days for the overall standings. We are ready to give it our all."
