The cycling season is almost over. Jonas Vingegaard is no longer competing in official races. On Saturday, many riders will complete their last race kilometers in the Tour of Lombardy. However, on October 19, there will be a special treat in Andorra. There, four cycling stars will compete against each other in the Andorra Cycling Masters. "The Andorra Cycling Masters is a unique event that brings together four world stars from the world of cycling for the first time in an unprecedented race. Tadej Pogačar, Jonas Vingegaard, Primož Roglič, and
Isaac Del Toro will compete in Andorra on October 19 in a historic race for cycling that transcends the sport," says the micro state, where many riders live.
“The stars, leaders of modern cycling, will show their competitive and personal sides in an innovative format that combines sport, emotion, and audiovisual storytelling,” according to the organization. “The event offers two spectacular formats: a climbing time trial and a criterium, designed to captivate both live spectators and the international audience, who will be able to enjoy the content in a documentary starting in December.”

What will Pogacar, Vingegaard, Roglic, and Del Toro face?
Pogacar, Vingegaard, Roglic, and Del Toro will start with a climbing time trial. “The Coll de la Gallina is a legendary climb of a special category, known for its difficulty and a symbol of cycling in Andorra. This will be followed by a ‘Criterium Urban Circuit’. "The center of Andorra la Vella and Escaldes-Engordany will be transformed into an urban circuit that is accessible to the public. The neutralized start will take place on the Consell General square in Andorra la Vella, from where the riders will descend to the Rotonda square."
From there, the riders will begin their 31-kilometer road race. “The route runs through the shopping streets of Meritxell and Carlemany Avenue to the church of Escaldes-Engordany. The race ends at Church Square on Santa Anna Street, allowing the public to enjoy the spectacle from multiple points along the course.”
